Plaza Hotel Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 4 days (96 hours) before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the total booking amount.
2. Partial Refund
Cancellations made between 4 days and 2 days (96–48 hours) before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
3. No Refund
Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled check-in date, or no-shows and early departures, are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
4. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
Any applicable transaction charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Modification & Special Requests
Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to revised rates and cancellation terms.
6. Exceptions
No refund will be issued for cancellations due to adverse weather, travel delays, or personal emergencies, unless otherwise specified by hotel management.
