Plaza Hotel Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation

Cancellations made up to 4 days (96 hours) before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the total booking amount.​

2. Partial Refund

Cancellations made between 4 days and 2 days (96–48 hours) before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.​

3. No Refund

Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled check-in date, or no-shows and early departures, are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.​

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

  • Any applicable transaction charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount.​

5. Modification & Special Requests

  • Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to revised rates and cancellation terms.

6. Exceptions

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations due to adverse weather, travel delays, or personal emergencies, unless otherwise specified by hotel management.​
